The Campaign retains scans of all contributions to the campaign made by check.

In addition, we are required to collect certain personal information from donors, including the name, mailing address, occupation, employer, and job title of individuals whose contributions equal or exceed $100 in a reporting period.

As of the date of this policy, the Campaign does NOT:

  • Use cookies on this Site;

  • Provide accounts on this Site for visitors;

  • Collect or store credit card, debit card, or bank account information from online donations made through our THIRD-PARTY VENDORS. (See below);

  • Sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information, including email addresses and phone numbers, to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Automatically Collected Information:

When you access or use our Site, we automatically collect information about you, including transactional information if you make a donation or purchase, and may derive the approximate location of your device from your IP address.

The Campaign contracts with third-party vendors for donation processing and other services. Specifically, we use platforms like DonateWay for processing donations via credit card, debit card, and ACH bank transfers. The Campaign does not have access to full payment information, with the exception of the last four digits of your card or account number. We ensure that our third-party vendors are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your information.
